Organizational authority access

Seat pricing is the entry model of Cynch. Organizational authority is where Cynch functions as a reference layer across teams.

This access is priced per organization, reflecting permanence, scope, and the cost of dispute.

  • Cross-team reference continuity
  • Organization-wide normalization
  • Citation-grade reference surfaces
  • Governance over reference visibility states

Authority is permanence, not convenience.

External authoritative reference (court-of-record)

Some organizations require Cynch references to withstand external scrutiny.

This posture is contracted separately and remains scarce by design.

  • Externally shareable reference artifacts
  • Visibility states and redaction controls
  • Contractual governance over issuance and revocation
  • Audit- and review-grade timelines

Cynch cannot be both common and authoritative.

Pricing FAQ

What counts as a seat?

A seat is any team member included in Cynch's continuity scope.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with the scope that reflects how your work is structured today.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. Plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is optional.

Does pricing change with usage?

No. Pricing is per seat. Cynch does not meter activity, messages, or behavior.

How are seat additions mid-cycle handled?

New seats are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.

What if we remove seats?

Seat removals take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens as we grow?

You add seats at the same rate. If continuity scope expands across teams or shared systems, plan changes may apply.

What happens to our data if we downgrade or leave?

Your data remains yours. You can export it before making changes.
